Work-life balance is something that we are all seeking, and sometimes it can feel like how you actually achieve it is one of the biggest mysteries of the world. There is no perfect formula to figure out how to allocate equal time to your career, your friends and family.

We sometimes understand that keeping this balance is important to achieve your business goals yet we usually don’t know how to make this self-care time fit into our hectic schedules.

And most of the time, this is a sign that limiting beliefs are operating on a subconscious level. What happens if you observe your thoughts? What does the little voice in your head says? “I can’t rest because I have so much work to do, I didn’t get enough done today, or if I don’t do it then no one will.”

Most of the time we focus on the to-do list and we don’t reflect on how much we actually accomplish every day. I have been doing this every single day and it has shifted my perception about productivity and work-life balance so I am sharing this tip with you hoping it will help you as well!
